GDPR notice

Purposes and legal bases

• Reviewing the access request (name, email) — consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The checkbox on the form is that consent.
• Creating an account and sending the set-password link after approval — steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data

First name, last name, email, form language, consent time, and the version of the terms, privacy policy, and this notice that you accepted.

Recipients

People who review access requests, notified at hello@askcfo.ai, and Cloudflare Email, which delivers the messages.

Retention

We keep the request while it is open and afterwards so we can show the consent, until you ask us to delete it at hello@askcfo.ai.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and you can object or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened. If you withdraw before we decide, we will not continue the request. You can complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Name, email, and consent are required to submit the form. That is our requirement, not a statutory one. We do not use this form for automated decision-making.

Cele i podstawy

• Rozpatrzenie prośby o dostęp (imię, nazwisko, e-mail) — zgoda, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO. Tą zgodą jest checkbox w formularzu.
• Założenie konta i wysłanie linku do hasła po akceptacji — działania przed umową, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO.

Dane

Imię, nazwisko, e-mail, język formularza, czas zgody oraz wersja regulaminu, polityki prywatności i tej klauzuli, którą akceptujesz.

Odbiorcy

Osoby rozpatrujące prośby, powiadamiane na hello@askcfo.ai, oraz Cloudflare Email, który dostarcza wiadomości.

Okres

Trzymamy prośbę do rozpatrzenia i później, żeby móc wykazać zgodę, aż poprosisz o usunięcie na hello@askcfo.ai.

Prawa

Możesz żądać dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia, wnieść sprzeciw albo cofnąć zgodę. Cofnięcie nie wpływa na przetwarzanie sprzed cofnięcia. Cofnięcie przed decyzją oznacza, że prośby nie kontynuujemy. Skargę można złożyć do Prezesa UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

Imię, nazwisko, e-mail i zgoda są potrzebne, żeby wysłać formularz. To nasz wymóg, nie ustawowy. Formularz nie służy do zautomatyzowanego podejmowania decyzji.
